The question on the ballot:
MEASURE RR: Should the Rialto City Council restore the rate of the special tax imposed in 1958 to fund the entire required City contribution to the statewide PERS retirement system for its employees previously approved by the City voters, from the current zero amount to an amount that will fund only a portion of such contribution, but which is the maximum amount of such tax now permitted by law?”[1] |
