Mills represented District 11 in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2017 to 2019. He served as a city commissioner in Henderson from 1998 to 2016.
Biography
Robby Mills was born in Henderson, Kentucky. He graduated from Henderson County High School in 1985. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Oral Roberts University in 1989. Mills' career experience includes running his family's dry cleaning service and running a business that assisted homeowners following disasters.[1]
