Robby Mills (Republican Party) is a member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 4. He assumed office on January 1, 2019. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Mills (Republican Party) is running for re-election to the Kentucky State Senate to represent District 4. He declared candidacy for the 2026 election.[source]

Mills represented District 11 in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2017 to 2019. He served as a city commissioner in Henderson from 1998 to 2016.

Biography

Robby Mills was born in Henderson, Kentucky. He graduated from Henderson County High School in 1985. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Oral Roberts University in 1989. Mills' career experience includes running his family's dry cleaning service and running a business that assisted homeowners following disasters.[1]
