Philip D. Bush
Philip D. Bush was a Fourth Judicial District judge for Hennepin County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position in 1989 and was elected to full terms in 1990, 1996, 2002 and 2008.[1]
He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that would have expired in 2020.[2] Bush retired in March 2015.[3]

Education
Bush received his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1975, his M.A. degree from the University of Sheffield, England in 1977 and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1980.[1]
Career
Bush began his legal career in 1980 as an assistant public defender in Hennepin County.[1]
