Two state executive positions were up for election in 2012 in the state of Oklahoma.
- Oklahoma Corporation Commission (2 officers) - Patrice Douglas (R) and Bob Anthony (R)
The primary was held on June 26, 2012, and the general election took place on November 6, 2012.
The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is composed of three individuals, one of whom serves the role of chairperson. Two seats were up for election in the 2012 election: one for a full term ending in 2019, and another to fill the remainder of former commissioner Jeff Cloud’s unexpired term, which ended in 2015. When Cloud resigned in 2011, Gov. Mary Fallin appointed Republican Patrice Douglas to replace him until the 2012 election. Douglas ran unopposed for election to the short-term seat.[1]
Incumbent Bob Anthony won re-election to a fifth six-year term in 2012. He defeated one challenger, Brooks Mitchell, in the Republican primary race on June 26, and was unopposed in the general election on November 6.[2]

- Appointed commissioner Patrice Douglas was elected to fill out the remainder of her predecessor's term, expiring in 2015. She faced neither primary nor general election opposition and won the election to the remainder of her term in November.
