The ballot title for State Question 344 was as follows:

Shall the Governor of the State of Oklahoma inform the President of the United States, the Secretary of State of the United States, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States, and the President of the Senate of the United States, and each Member of the Oklahoma Delegation in Congress, that it is the wish of the people of Oklahoma that the delegates of the United States to the United Nations shall propose or support amendments to the Charter of the United Nations which will strengthen the United Nations and make it a world federal government able to prevent war?
