Biography
Nicole Lowen lives in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.[1] Lowen earned a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and a master's degree in city/urban, community, and regional planning from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.[2] Her career experience includes working as a legislative researcher and committee clerk with the Hawaii State Legislature, a teaching assistant and policy researcher with the University of Hawaii Department of Urban and Regional Planning, and a legislative liaison with the University of Hawaii Environmental Center.[1]
