The Nebraska Board of Equalization Assessments Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 7, 1978, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure required that the board of equalizations provide equal property assessments for properties spanning more than one county.[1][2]
