The Nebraska Board of Railway Commissioners Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Nebraska on November 4, 1884, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have provided that the Nebraska Board of Railway Commissioners have term limits of two years and provided for residence requirements.[1]
