The New Mexico Referendum: Convention to Revise Constitution, also known as 1968 constitution revision, was on the ballot in New Mexico on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The referendum allowed the revision of several sections of the New Mexico Constitution.[1]

Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
Convention to Revise Constitution. Section 1: Pursuant to Article 19, Section 2 of the Constitution of New Mexico, it is proposed to call a convention to revise or amend the constitution. Section 2: This proposal shall be submitted to the people for their approval or rejection at the next general election.[2] |
