The New Mexico Proposed Amendment 12, Severance Tax Permanent Fund, also known as Constitutional Amendment No. 12, was on the 1994 ballot in New Mexico as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The proposition would have allowed for a constitutional amendment that addressed the severance tax permanent fund.[1]
