The New York Maximum Salaries of State Executives, Amendment 2, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 5, 1963, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measured deleted the maximum salaries of the governor and lieutenant governor.[1]
