The New York Justices of the Appellate Division, Amendment 2, also known as Proposed Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 4, 1911, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. This amendment was related to "certain powers of justices of the appellate division."[1]
