The New York Games of Chance, Proposal 2, also known as Proposal 2, was on the ballot in New York on November 6, 1984, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure amended "subdivision 2, section 9, article 1 (providing that dollar amounts of prizes for certain games of chance, now restricted by the constitution, may be changed by the legislature)."[1][2]
