The Nevada judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on June 8, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010. See Statewide elections on Ballotpedia for information about other state official elections.
Overview
- Two of the justices of the Nevada Supreme Court filed for re-election in 2010, and won by default, as they were both unopposed.
- There were 18 seats open in the Nevada District Courts.
- Three seats were open on the Reno Municipal Court.
- There were several Justices of the Peace up for election in Clark and Washoe Counties.
Supreme Court

Running for re-election to the Nevada Supreme Court:
- James Hardesty (Seat A): Re-elected with 76.13% of the vote.
- Ron Parraguirre (Seat E): Re-elected with 76.52% of the vote.
District Courts
- District Court judges run for six-year terms in nonpartisan elections.[2]
- There were 18 seats open on the Nevada District Courts. Three of them were in the second district and the rest were in the eighth district.[3] Ten of the open seats are newly created for 2010.[4]
