The North Dakota Commissioner of Immigration Referendum, also known as House Bill 123, was on the June 26, 1919 ballot in North Dakota as a veto referendum, where it was approved.[1] The measure created the office of Commissioner of Immigration as a gubernatorial appointment with two year terms.[2]

The office of Commissioner of Immigration was later repealed in 1933 by Session Law Chapter 190.[2]
