If you're a scalper – avoid Pepperstone.
They closed my trade at a price that was completely off-market, and when I contacted support, they blamed it on “slippage.” I checked the price at the exact moment with three different brokers, and Pepperstone’s execution was 30 cents off in GOLD (XAUUSD) – a huge difference for scalping.
Even their own agent admitted over the phone that the Ask price didn’t match the execution price. Very disappointing experience. If precision and fair execution matter to you, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
