User experience really bad

User experience really bad. Withdrawal costs $20 (the debit card withdrawal was limited to funds deposited using the same debit card and only in last few years) and still takes days, for wiring. Rep manually emailed me to confirm so I missed the email and he supposedly tried to call me but left no voicemail. Felt like I paid $20 for a poor experience. The whole company behaves like a small business. The only good thing is that it's regulated so if they go under I wouldn't lose my money, supposedly.

Worse than usps or its competitor ups

Worse than usps or its competitor ups. Missed delivery twice: first time no knock on the door and no notice/slip; only found out I missed a package when I went to their website to track it. Next day I waited outside my home at the time shown on the tracking website that they would deliver by: first at noon when they didn’t come; checked the website again and it now said 5 pm; waited from 5-6pm and they didn’t come either and I had to leave home for an event. When I came back home, tracking system said they came by at 7 pm and missed me again! And no slip again!

Very unprofessional with the lateness and no slip. I had called the shipper to call them to just leave the package at my door before I had to leave for the event, and sure enough to complete the screwup, they didn’t do it.

Use plain old usps if not time sensitive, otherwise use ups. Avoid fedex at all costs.
