The end of this week. Will > FOUR < weeks I'm waiting for the status of my account. Customer service. There is none. Dealing with the Toronto Office. Gave me a phone number in New York ??? Which doze not connect. They do not reply via email or phone. The only reason I want an account with is. The have an indicator for trading two pairs, I'm unable to find anywhere else. But I will keep looking.
Other wise I would not deal with them.

Absolutely abysmal service. Took them 5 weeks to get my corporate account up and running. I decided to leave because I was getting 7 pips spread on news events which made my strategy untradeable and I initiated a withdrawal which I found out 3 days later that it was placed on hold. Everything with this company takes forever. NEVER USING THIS GARBAGE BROKER AGAIN
Can not get them to open my account in Canada. They sent me an email to confirm my address, I sent a document they don't even replied and instead i receive a random email as to why I'm not completing my registration and if i need help. I think Oanda is understaff and support is Canada is ridiculous unprofessional (they must have recruited some not so smart people maybe). I opened the account with Interactive Brokers without any issue at all.
Terrible coordination between Oanda agents/frontdesk. I have been trying to open an Oanda live trading account from Canada. Submitted all requested documents but every email I received from Oanda, they asked me of the same documents to be sent or uploaded again. These emails came from different agents who, it seems to me, do not care to check previous communications with the previous agents. They keep asking the same documents to be uploaded. This has taken about ten days of daily emails/chatting to and from Oanda. It is frustrating. I have given up openning a live trading account with Oanda because of their lack of professionalism in opening a simple trading account. I am sure such lack of professionalism will showup in other services they provide to their customers. Thank you Oanda - you have lost one customer.

Slow at providing support and chaotic in replies
Can not get them to open my account in Canada.
