Poor trading experience
Poor trading experience. There is so much delay in executing trades during opening and closing, resulting in significant slippage. During new york exchange time execution is very poor and delayed. No serious trader will consider working with a broker with such delay. It looks deliberate by pepperstone.

Pepperstone is a fraud
Pepperstone is a fraud! In Australia they help themselves with a large spread to suit them when the market is volatile.
No one should trust this cunning business where their priority is to make you lose!

Disappointment in opening Live Account
I got back into trading after a while and in order to understand the current market conditions and volatility I was advised by a friend to try pepperstone, so I tried with a demo account and found it quick and accurate while placing trades, setting TP and SL and then decided to go live.
It’s been more than a week since I submitted all the required documents, got rejection and I responded back to them immediately with additional information and clarification in order to open my live account but yet no response.
As a pro trader, I found it very disappointing, annoying and time wasting.
