cargo provided by a full-time guard patrol, closed circuit television,
a panel alarm system and magnetic door contacts. |

electrical power to customers' equipment. |

A sophicated fire detection and alarm
system, monitored 24 hours a day by a special computerized control
room facility, including a direct automatic phone link with the nearby
Fire Services Department. |

A fire protection system including
fire shutters, automatic sprinklers, fire hydrants and hose reels,
drenchers, mechanical smoke extraction and fire extinguishers. Pedestal
hydrants, located around the building, are linked by a ring main to
the government water mains. |

Tailoring to each customer's needs,
whether it be air conditioned or refrigerated storage space, straight
leasing of space, regional distribution or a full turnkey package
involving all aspects of cargo movement. |

of Centre A and on the 13th floor of Centre B. |

from the Kwai Fong MTR station. |

terminal such as: canteens, restaurants, mini-bank and a sports centre
equipped with a gym, squash-courts, recreation rooms, basketball court
and tennis courts. |
