FIFA Confederations Cup official awards


        Paris, 29 June 2003 - French striker Thierry Henry has won the adidas Golden Ball and adidas Golden Shoe awards at the FIFA Confederations Cup France 2003. Japan picked up the Fair Play award.

FIFA Fair Play Award

The FIFA Fair Play Award is awarded to the team with the best fair play record, according to a points system and criteria established by the FIFA Fair Play Committee.

This award goes to the outstanding player of the competition, as voted by the media present at the FIFA Confederations Cup France 2003.
