Welcome to GameSlice's coverage of the Electronic Entertainment Expo, the premier computer and video game trade show direct from the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. For the fourth year in a row (since the conference started), Geoff Keigheley will be filing live reports from the show discussing major trends, hot games, and exclusive interviews with the likes of Peter Molyneux and David Perry. Also expect exclusive coverage of games such as Heretic II, Duke Nukem Forever, Apocalypse (starring Bruce Willis), Sin, Daikatana, Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun, and much more. The coverage is already underway, and we will continue to ramp up during the show. From the backroom stories that you won't hear anywhere else to the latest information on parties and other events, GameSlice at E3 promises to be unlike anyone other online coverage. We don't promise spiffy video or audio feeds from the show, or even the most comprehensive coverage, but what we do promise is in-depth analysis of the real stories form the show, and exclusive previews of the games that really count and a look at the developers who are producing them.
If you'd like a taste of what to expect, check out some of our coverage from E3 1997 that is now online HERE. Make sure to bookmark this page and join us as GameSlice hits the E3 show floor later this week. Thanks for reading GameSlice, Geoff Keighley Monday, June 1st:
