A devastating earthquake hit the Kansai area early morning on January 17, 1995. Keep us informed, but please make sure that the information is well grounded to prevent rumors from spreading.

Be sure to use the server near you. We must decrease overhead of the servers and reduce network traffic. Do not abuse sites in Kansai (indicated by italic) as the internet connection is their lifeline.
