Call Of Pripyat R.E.M.A.K.E. mod

Since I met stalker,I always thought about playing it or doing something for the community,I had done other 3d concepts of other mutants.but a friend told me that we could do it in the xray engine.he had decided to just retexturize all the props in general including the mutants or just make them from 0 to replace them.after trying it didn't work.I proposed to him to recreate the mutants with a fresh design with a fresh design.
After trying it didn't work out, I proposed to recreate the anomalos mutants with a fresh and renewed design.

The artist Fabricio Solis, has been creating these concepts.

Now I'm going to talk about the work process that has led from the main idea to the 3d modeling process, to the final result which is the texturing.

As you know, I told them that from the sketch...we go on to choose what will be the final concept.

Of the 6 only number 5 was chosen, due to its physical characteristics and because it gives the impression that it is completely blind and uses an echolocator...when you see the final result...you can find out for yourselves.

The color is very similar to the original, only the color palette makes it look a little more stylized.

About the creation process

After having the concept art, I proceed to take a ball of clay and shape it, detailing the object completely in 5 levels of subdivision.

I made the retopology with the same program I used to model it.
The curious thing...was to add the hair, since I used the fibermesh with 2 million fibers adapted to letters.
Also everything was different, since each piece was made from scratch with different tools and subtools.

At the end of everything, I did the texturing with different materials in all models and then join them in fbx to make a single model.the details that can be seen, are the hair...

As a 3d modeler I had made other models, such as the controller and the snorks that I will upload in later deliveries and updates of the development of the same.
