SEF 7.0 by Eezstreet is the base mod in which my mod starts , the only possible way to play Swat 4 nowadays.
My idea is to expand the concept and explore boundaries of the visual assets and tactical gameplay.
New 3d models for weapons , equipment and environment combined with realistic sounds , weapon handling , slower pace gameplay and AI tweaks to make Swat 4 feel more "heavy" and "dangerous" than any other Swat 4 experience you had before.

It's been a while since the last update but First Responder is back with many bangs!
PVP is back!
I finally found a way to get back PVP that was removed from SEF , it took some time but I think it was worth it.
I know it's been a year since I've done it and you were already using it with many FR's related mods, so it's no big news now.
Battering Ram
One of the most anticipated features i had in mind for quite some time it's finally here.
The ram has been implemented in a very similar fashion like RoN , an equippable tool that can be taken with you.
The main difference is that doors resistance is based on material, for example a wooden door is less resistant than a metal one.
Of course all has been integrated with Officer AI , and its specific commands are under OPEN DOOR page.

NVG is one othe less loved features of SWAT 4... I made sure to make it great!
First of all I removed the blur on the OG NVG , you will find a modified DLL inside the 0.68 installation that will explain you how to install it.
After that I developed an infrared laser and an infrared strobe light attached to the Mich NVG.
Since the implementation was there it was easy to get visible laser too!
Infrared laser combined with strobe lights will completely change you night gameplay!

As shared in the comments several pages back, this is the fix for making aiming and leaning hold instead of toggle. Paste and overwrite the following lines under the "Engine.Input" section of your user.ini file located inside "SEF_FR\System" folder:

The training cannot be completed in the latest beta version of the mod at the breaching charge part the instructor tells you to place a C2 on the door to complete the objective however there are no C2s in your loadout so it is stuck there

Just felt like stopping by here for a little moment, in order to congratulate you and showing you my huge appreciation for such unbelievable work.
Personally used to play Ready or Not but it's default maps are too big for my taste and definitely I've got some long, boring or unrealistic experience.
I really believe that SW4T ones make me feel an action-packaged one.
I'd dare to say RoN modders kinda suck or probably aren't enough committed. Game itself constantly forcing to download huge and virtually useless updates, while breaking their effort into pieces on compatibility terms. Mostly those modders already gave up and don't bother on fixing the specific uploads, AI got crappy and teammates won't be able to pass through a door (as sample) for my favourite map remakes.
That's the reason I definitely switched back to SW4T.
So... thanks a bunch for making this classic title very very worth it once again.
I'm enjoying it a lot by these days.
I also must say the Quick Mission Maker (non-existent on RoN still) makes things a lot of easier. Sure thing, between all the features which I am honoured to be trying now.
You definitely deserve a medal and whatever.
Relating a few bugs, or more simply the stuff that I didn't like, found them fixed on an alternative version from the ModDB itself (it's called "SEF-FR Tactical Edition"; you may give it a shot, too).
