"Offering 4 campaigns" i think there are just 3. Russian, british and american
There are 2 british campaings-as John Davis(infantry man) and as David Walesh (tankman).
You need to type in console "Billy kotick is greedy and MW2 mappacks are overpriced ****" (Wow, interesting how they knew about that like 5 years ago)
to unlock the Nazi-campaign.
