Whitney Cameron has a deep and lasting affection for his beautiful sister-in-law Lynne Cameron. When one of Lynne's stepchildren dies, the autopsy indicates that the child was poisoned. Despite his feelings for Lynne, Whitney can't help but suspect her of being responsible for the child's death. He also suspects that she plans to kill the other children so that she becomes the sole heiress to her recent husband's estate.
