"Set your spirit free"
Kacie is a rebellious 17-year-old who struggles with guilt and anger after the death of her younger brother. When she is arrested, her parents decide to send her to Spirit Riders, a camp for troubled youths. Kacie is definitely not looking forward to this and feels unhappy and angry. That changes when she comes into contact with Blaze, a retired racehorse who can't get used to the boring life on the ranch and in the stable. Led by Rex, the no-nonsense ranch owner, Kacie helps Blaze get back on track. She also learns a lot herself and finally manages to forgive herself and leave the past behind.
