Mamma Gógó plot
A personal journey of the film director with his experiences with his languishing mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. The film shows the reaction of the director and his family to his mother's illness. While Gógó constantly gets herself into trouble like only Alzheimer's patients can, her son, the director, struggles with financial problems. These arose after his film "Children of Nature" flopped in the cinema. As Gógó's illness progresses, her family decides it's best for her to move into a care home. Gógó and her late husband, who suddenly appears on the scene, are unhappy with that decision. The director is dependent on others for finances, and when Gógó settles in the home, her son decides to sell his mother's apartment and valuable works of art, only to recover with the proceeds from the sale.
