"Maybe Tomorrow. Maybe Never. Maybe."
George Matthews is a young man who has a bittersweet affair with a French woman in Los Angeles. While he waits to be drafted into the military, it is impossible for him to bond with anyone, including his girlfriend Georgia. In the meantime, he tries to raise money to prevent his car from being impounded. George is attracted to Lola, a French woman who works in a modeling agency specializing in pin-up models. George spends his last money getting a picture of her, and he discovers she's just as unhappy as he is. Though Lola doesn't respond well to George, their brief night of love gives them enough strength to deal with their individual problems.
