Eva is 33 years old and has decided to stay in Madrid during the hottest month of the summer. While most of the city has fled to more temperate climates, Eva spends her days on the city streets. She visits familiar meeting places and old friends as she searches for her identity.

Thirtysomething Eva [Itsaso Arano] was born and raised in Madrid, but lacks direction in her life. Partly because she has just moved, she decides to stay in Madrid during the summer. In the first two weeks of August she meets several people who, we must assume, give her life a new direction. Filmed on location without professional extras, which gives the whole a certain authenticity. But the film seems to consist of a series of improvisations based on a global sketch of the situation. The goal was undoubtedly to make it even more authentic, but it only creates a lack of story, coherence and depth. The denouement is one to shrug your shoulders at indifferently.
