"A revealing look at a devastating illness."

Nancy overuses her body weight. She is constantly exercising and she is eating too little. Her parents don't realize this until it becomes clear during Christmas dinner that Nancy has a serious problem: she has anorexia. Nancy's parents try to help her through treatment, but Nancy refuses to cooperate. As a result, Nancy's father makes the decision to go to court so he can force her into treatment.
