Simon: An English Legionnaire plot
When young Simon signs with the Foreign Legion, he doesn't know what to expect. When the workouts are indescribably tough and the scorching desert heat threatens to break him, he realizes the Legion is pushing it to the limit and beyond. Between the rabble and criminals, he finds companionship with Dupont. When the corps leader sadistically tries to break Dupont, Simon questions his mission and the oath he took. The disciplined and highly trained legionaries must fight and survive in the hell of the Algerian desert.
