Swimming Home plot
Joe and Isabel's marriage is in dire straits. They find naked Kitti in the swimming pool of their holiday home. The couple invites the unknown woman to stay. Their daughter Nina becomes enchanted by her. Can Kitti provide the family with the necessary support during her stay?

Ceci n'est pas la piscine (La Piscine (Film, 1969). That seems clear to me. I found it an uninformative, even boring film with extremely annoying characters. I also had no idea where the film wanted to go. The plot is vague and mainly takes place between the interpersonal contacts between the individuals.
Isabel would rather be at the front than at home and Joe has writer's block. The introduction and the continuation of Kitti as a character seemed far-fetched to me and I had the feeling that the film had already lost me. We were not even 10 minutes in. If the film had contained sharp dialogues, I would have come to life a bit, but that was missing, which made it a long sit.
The bubbling tension - thickened by the sound - also fails to grab me. Not a film that simply offers ready-made answers.
