A State of Passion plot

After 43 grueling days in Gaza hospital operating rooms, under constant bombardment, British-Palestinian surgeon Dr. Ghassan Abu Sittah becomes a symbol of resistance. This is his sixth and worst war in Gaza. It is horror: limbs amputated without anesthesia, children deprived of their families, and targeted attacks on hospitals. Yet he returns. Filmmakers Carol Mansour and Muna Khalidi follow him from Amman to Beirut, capturing his raw emotion and unwavering dedication.
