Theirs Is the Glory plot

In September 1944, the largest battle of the Second World War is fought in the Netherlands. In an effort to end the war before Christmas 1944, the largest airborne operation of all time is carried out. The aim is to secure the bridges over the major rivers, which the Allied army has to cross in order to reach the Ruhr area. Due to too much optimism, poor planning and an unfortunate coincidence, the British 1st Airborne Division in Arnhem stumbled upon a rearmamenting SS armor division. The result is a very bloody and ruthless battle in and around Arnhem.
