Nice crime movie!
See the comparison with Pulp Fiction though (a, bit). Also such a mosaic story where puzzle pieces come together at the end.
The story keeps up the pace thanks to a series of characters and conflict situations. The disadvantage is that not every character is developed equally well. Such a Jeff Daniels gets quite a bit of screen time but apart from the fact that he will be fired you don't get to know much about him. And there are still a few that play a significant role, but that are hardly ever discussed.
Anyway, don't nitpick too much because otherwise this is a great movie.

Good movie set over two days in Los Angeles. An entertaining build-up in which different crime storylines slowly work towards each other. Nice characters, nice dialogues and sometimes funny too. A fine cast with a sexy debut by Charlize Theron.
