Le Fils de l'Épicier plot

During the summer, Antoine decides to leave the city to return to his native village. His father has been hospitalized and his mother needs help in their grocery business. A bit against his will, Antoine takes over the daily round with the market wagon. He soon collides with the local inhabitants. Fortunately, Claire accompanies him, a young lady who wins the trust of the customers. But when Antoine's father returns, things don't go so smoothly.
