"Love always has the last word."
Two divorce lawyers frequently fight each other in court, but nevertheless become attracted to each other. After they are married, however, the question is whether they can avoid the marital problems they so often see in their work. In addition, they have to deal with the much-discussed case of a rock star who wants to divorce his wife.

A really fun movie about two of the best divorce lawyers who fall in love with each other. He also follows the standard romkom formula, but there is really a lot of fun to be had in this underrated film. Brosnan is great and fits his role perfectly and this is exactly the same with Moore she is also comfortable in it. Also, the two are well attuned to each other and I suspect that a lot has been improvised by the 2 and they really have fun that you see, in short a very nice film.

Very substandard film, despite Julianne Moore and Pierce Brosnan. The latter is nevertheless good at playing smooth characters (such as James Bond) so that the role of lawyer should suit him perfectly. Unfortunately, comedy is clearly not his thing. Although, comedy...

Mediocre film in which two divorce lawyers often encounter each other in court. In itself a great setup for a standard romcom like this. The predictability is therefore not so bad. Some nice dialogues, but it's all just a bit too good. Also, the casting doesn't quite work (despite great actors).
