Jules Day's (Katie McGrath) life is turned upside down when she's forced to care for her nephew Milo and niece Maddie. Now, a year later, her life is still chaotic, but she is determined to give the kids a merry Christmas. Jules, Milo and Maddie travel to Europe at the invitation of a lost relative (Roger Moore) where they will celebrate Christmas at Castleburry Hall. When Jules meets the charming Prince Ashton, staying at the castle gets a whole lot more fun - until she meets his betrothed and begins to wonder if differences in parentage stand in the way of true love....
