In a small video game store located in a small sleepy town, a shop assistant named Max has a great life. But when an arcade machine suddenly starts displaying a strange game, Max can't resist touching the buttons. However, with this he unleashes an evil force, the "Nether". Now Max, along with his two best friends and a mysterious masked man, must save the city before the game is over for humanity....
