A Scandal in Paris plot
"Every man has his price... and every woman pays it."
Story about Eugene Vidocq, the prefect of police in Napoleon's France. He steals, lies and cheats in favor of himself. Two women in his life have a great influence on him. For the one he steals and for the other he tries to become a decent citizen.
