Kengo Tengu Matsuri plot
During the Kanei period (1624-1644) it was very quiet in Japan. These quiet periods left the samurai unemployed and bored. The Shogun decides to hold a 'Festival of the Swordsmen' with the real intention of making it a friendly festival. But many of the samurai have brought their nemesis with them and want to fight it out. This leads to great unrest.
