Daredevil plot
"When the streets have gone to Hell, have faith in the devil."
When the young orphan Matt Murdock comes into contact with radioactive waste, he can no longer see. However, he has received a 'radar sense' in return for this. Years later, Murdock has grown into a respected lawyer. Mediocre superhero movie. Daredevil has a lot of problems, and Ben Affleck's casting isn't even the biggest. That's the mediocre script, which nowhere can find a good balance between a serious action film and an extravagant spectacle. It also takes way too long for the movie to really get going, and the running time is ridiculously long. With very mediocre fight scenes and a strange soundtrack. Affleck is doing well and Garner, Farrell and Duncan are certainly not bad either. They just walk around completely lost in a film that doesn't know what it wants to be. For a good Daredevil watch the Netflix series I would say.

At the time I thought this was quite a nice film, but now that I'm re-watching it I wonder why : the title character is quite colorless, his handicap / super strength is just about the same (when you see what he can do with his blindness I can't imagine he would be an even better fighter without it, and how does his Spiderman-esque soaring through the skies relate to that?), Jennifer Garner isn't half as pretty as Jon Favreau seems to think, the plot isn't very compelling, and two climactic final battles in a row is one too many. Affleck tries his best and doesn't disappoint as far as I'm concerned, the playground scene is great fun, and visually the movie is definitely okay, but that's about it.
