"How a beautiful blonde and a tough smuggler escape the net of Continental conspiracy!"
Adventurer Carson is persuaded by the attractive Frenchwoman Tracy to smuggle her blind brother out of communist Albania. The rebel leader Trifon stands by them bravely. However, Trifon insists that Tracy stay with him, even though Carson and Tracy are in love.
