Along the US-Mexico border in Arizona, Jim Hanson, a rancher and Vietnam veteran, is struggling. His beloved wife has just passed away from cancer and the bank is about to take his huge property. Cliché but sympathetic and entertainingly elaborated action drama, with Liam Neeson in a role that he can now dream of. Still, he manages to make something nice out of it. Furthermore, attractively filmed, with just enough action and tension to keep you fascinated for the full length. The climax reminded me a bit of the movie Witness with Harrison Ford.

I liked it anyway. Not a pure action film, no exaggerated fuss. A relevant theme, without over-exploiting it (what's happening in real life, especially because of the massive influx since the most popular president ever took power, is a lot more horrifying). Neeson's sad dog face fits in here too. All in all approved for an evening of entertainment.
