"They've Always been REBELS - TODAY, They Become HEROES."
Billy Tepper is the leader of a group of rebellious boys at the Regis School. He's already been expelled from three expensive private schools. His best friend, Joey Trotta, is the son of the head of the New York mafia. Billy and the rest of the friends all have equally influential parents. When Luis Cali's father ends up in prison, he goes to the Regis School to kidnap the judge's son, who turns out to be out of school there. When he discovers who the parents of the rest are, he decides that that will also be enough for a hostage situation.
