Directorial debut by Marc Punt, who was inspired by a true story, let his imagination run wild and is not very friendly towards the police. After a slow start, the film picks up quite a bit of momentum with fun action, some sex and suspense. Axel Daeseleire is strong and David Steegen hilariously portrays a stupid gendarme. The two debuting girls, Liekens and Winters, recruited from the modeling world, cannot act, but try to impress with their slender bodies as boxing women. Gaston Berghmans surprises in the serious role of boxing trainer and Burt Kwouk, who wrote film history as the aggressive house servant Cato in the Pink Panther films, plays a guest role. Not a masterpiece, but fun, American-style commercial cinema...

Been a long time since I saw this one. Not too high quality, but quite an OK film with a lot of well-known actors and actresses. Dagmar Liekens and Sophie Winters never broke through, I can't immediately recall anything. Didn't really like either of their acting performances, although it was still good in terms of presence.
Once a Stany Crets without Peter Vanden Begin, nice role, just like Tom Van Landuyt, promising actor at the time, but didn't really break through in the film world afterwards. A very young Axel Daeseleire here as a homophobic macho lick. A film from 26 years ago would not be possible today, I think.
The plot also has some holes. Kind of strange that no one from the police conducts a proper investigation, but clears up the sister of the whole lot (and then). Came across as very simple. Even the crime itself drew little. For the rest, an entertaining film.

Reasonable.
But also pretty meaningless. The film looks pretty good - the running time will probably not be strange to that, but I don't see anything more than a smooth in between. The cast acts with varying success, but that is clear from the names that are still somewhat relevant today. The title is unintentionally funny.
