Beautiful Valerie (Constance Bennett) has had enough of her relationship with a rich man (Lew Cody), who doesn't want to marry her. She ends up in Paris in the studio of painter John Neville (Joel McCrea), descendant of a wealthy, aristocratic family. What starts with posing quickly turns into a love affair.
