The L Word plot

The L Word follows the lives of a group of lesbian friends in West Hollywood. The series focuses on their love lives and their mutual friendship and in that sense resembles series such as Friends and Sex and the City. However, it is the first television series with so many regular lesbian characters whose sex life is also not portrayed in a veiled way.
